We want you to love your frames as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all Pair Eyewear products. If you are not completely satisfied with your glasses or Top Frames, you can return or exchange them for free within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific Base Frames or Top Frames you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print Prepaid Label

  Once submitted, download and print your prepaid USPS shipping label and securely package your items in their original case.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any USPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
